Аннотация
The organisations, becoming more and more focused on processes, develop architecture of processes on the basis of some models of business processes which represent difficult system of co-operating subjects. The organisations can try to raise the efficiency or productivity by revealing and modelling of the most important business processes, and then to use these models as a basis for repeated working out of these processes. The modern university ceases to be dependent on the state budget, at least such tasks are put before it that demands revision and transformation of all levels of processes of higher education institution. To increase the efficiency of business processes in higher education, transformation from traditional services to broader modern services of administrative partnership is needed. The main processes of a typical university architecture consist of research, teaching and continuing education. The paper suggests the architecture of business processes in higher education, based on the model of administrative partnership. At designing of architecture, the following main business processes were identified, where the research component is directly present: research and transfer, training and teaching, community and industry involvement, commercial activities. The classification of processes of scientific activity of the university was proposed in the work. education research university business process business process architecture business process classification business process model Моделирование бизнес-процессов является актуальной темой, так как в организациях руководителям важно донести до работников, какие именно функции они должны выполнять. Работники же в свою очередь должны понимать, чего от них хотят. Моделирование помогает показать все процессы, происходящие в организации, а вкупе с различными возможностями, например имитационным моделированием, и увеличить эффективность этих процессов путем сокращения затрат (как временных, так и материальных) при сохранении качества.
